Scylla is a sea monster. She has got three rows of teeth and twelve feet. She has got a dog with twelve heads. She lives in a cave. Charibdis is a violent whirpool.

SCYLLA and CHARIBDIS

BASILISK

He is a snake. He has got the head, the feet and the wings of a cock.

He has got the tail of a dragon. He has got a crown on his head. He looks at you and you are dead: run for your life!

He is a very violent, enormous giant. He has got only one eye

in the middle of his forehead.

She has got wings and claws. She has got snakes on her head. You look at medusa and you are a stone.

MEDUSA

She is noisy, dirty and dangerous. She is half woman, half bird.

built by king Minos. He eats innocent young people.

He has got the head of a bird (a falcon or an eagle). He has got the body of a lion.He has got two wings and pointy ears.

He is a horse He has got a long single horn in the middle of his forehead

He is a dog. He has got three heads He keeps the entrance to the Underworld.
