• Select the right person

• Communicate responsibility

• Provide support

• Monitor and evaluate the delegation

ADVANTAGES:

• Good access in action• Developing personnel• At most motivation• Moulds the attitudes and morale of

personnel• Better decisions

Disadvantages:

• Improper feed back• Bewilderedness in responsibility• un capability of delegatee• Adequate authority to balance

responsibility

EMPOWERMENTEMPOWERMENT

• “Enabling a lower level employee to make all the decisions required/relevant for carrying out his duties or discharge his duties or discharge his responsibilities, on his own and implement them.”
