Patient complains of missing left lower molar teeth which was removed 10 years back and subsequent difficulty in chewing food on the respective side .

Pre-Op View of the patient`s OPG shows reduced availability of space for replacing a molar due to mesial drifting of 2nd molar into the adjacent space .

But still it is possible to replace the molar teeth with Single Piece immediate loading system of Implants . Here , single piece KOS implant was placed by flapless method in less than 10 minutes

Patient`s Post – Op x ray shows the KOS implant placed in the missing 1st molar region

Permanent PFM crown was placed in 3 days . Patient is now able to chew food properly .
