statement:

One evening, my parents were discussing whether we should move to a

different community or stay where we were for a few more years. Immediately,

my mind went into complete and utter shock. This house had become a part of

me, my identification, my personality. I immediately wondered how could one

house mean so much? I then thought about the person who designed this

house. Who knew that that person, that architect, would be a vital key to

shaping who I am today?

It was that night that I decided to return the favor. The main reason I wanted to

become and designer is to create a living space where it actually means

something to someone. I want to design a structure that influences someone the

exact same way the architect influenced my life.

My art represents various types of ideas through different medium. With strong

emphasis on modern architecture, my portfolio best demonstrates my skills

through photography, pencil rendering, and other art forms.

My proposed Carmel Clay Historical Society Museum was my senior project at

Carmel High School. By creating an efficient gallery space, parlor, and

aesthetically pleasing architecture, the project was designed to cater to local

artists as well as a historical area and meeting place for the Carmel Clay

Historical Society.

This piece, entitled the Architecture of Dolphin I & II, exemplifies the structural

details of a dolphin.

This piece was designed based off of the symbolism of the Ocean. I used 3-ply

chipboard, 4 eye bolts, and a laser cutter to transfer my concept from Adobe Illustrator

to the chipboard.
