Ambition:My goal is to learn from those before me, as I inspire those who will come after me.

Beginning my journey for change:I began my college career as a Visual Communications major with a concentration in Graphic Design at Virginia State University.

I didn’t last long at the University, as I felt the atmosphere wasn’t the best fit for me.

“If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again.”

Journey back home:I chose to transfer to Endicott College shortly after, which proved to be one of the best decisions I’d made for my education.

At Endicott, I chose to continue my studies in Graphic Design.

Real life experience: At Endicott, I was given the opportunity to work with some amazing companies through the internship program.

I was able to work as a graphic designer with both the Esente Music Group and also with PUMA.

My relationship with PUMA has lasted even outside my internship, as I’m a freelance designer with them still today.

There’s nothing like loving what you do for work!

While studying at Endicott I also began my own company, “BeInitiative.”

It’s a t-shirt company that promotes unifying the city and bringing people together for peace.

It’s been a long time passion but I couldn’t have done it without the support I had from the friends I’d gained in the college community.
