• Centralising and rationalising COLLECTIONS and FUNDING• Developing new WORKFLOWS• Improve existing SERVICES & develop new ones that are relevant to

research & education

RESULT

• 8.070 sq m new library space• 853 working & learning places• 420.000 volumes in open stacks (80%), 250.000 volumes in closed stacks• registration rate: 100%• new library team• budget infrastructure: 9.810.000 €
