The Boyne Valley has it all…
Our wonderful region boasts some of the country’s best local produce, cuisine and is home to an ever growing craft drinks industry.
For this very reason, we are introducing an exciting new initiative ‘Discover the Place on a Plate’. All restaurants, eateries and venues in the Boyne Valley, who sign up to this initiative, will strive to offer as much local produce on their menu, giving a real sense of food provenance to all visitors and a showcasing all the culinary delights our region has to offer.
In support of Place on a Plate, we are extremely proud to unveil our ‘Producer’s Map’ (overleaf), a visual expression of our Boyne Valley Producers, showcasing and highlighting the variety and quality of our producers and their location within the Boyne Valley.
So, next time you visit one of the many eateries in Meath or Louth, look for this map… it is the reassurance of Boyne Valley produce on your plate!
