Terms of Qualification & Maintaining Qualification
• Valid for one year, club committee• Club responsibility for grant funds• Disclose conflicts of interest• Cooperate with all audits• Use grant funds properly, stewardship• Implement & follow the club MOU terms

Conflict of Interest
• Exists when a Rotarian benefits financially or personally from a grant
• Rotarian benefits directly or indirectly (an associate of the Rotarian benefits)

District Grants
Formerly known as District Simplified Grants• Used to fund smaller, short-term activities
that address needs in local community or in worldwide communities.
• Grant must meet the mission of TRF• Club submits proposal to District• District requests funding as block grant

District Grant Requirements and Reports
• Funds will be distributed by District,
50% on approval of Block Grant, & 50% on report of completion
• Progress reports are due to District upon completion or within 12 months of funding

• Application process online• Meet goals of area of focus • Be sustainable• Involve Rotary clubs in two districts• Minimum budget of US$30,000• District confirms club is qualified

Packaged Grants
• Packaged Grants are developed by The Rotary Foundation in cooperation with its strategic partners.
• Support large international activities with sustainable high-impact outcomes in one or more of the six areas of focus and have a long-term impact.
• Clubs and districts can either create their own activities or sponsor packaged global grants that are RI developed.
