Forasmalladditionalcharge,DJICareRefreshoffersuptotworeplacementunitswithinoneyear.Eachtimeyourequestareplacement,you’llreceiveareplacementunitthatisneworequivalentto

newinperformanceandreliability.

DJICareRefreshandthecorrespondingproductmustbepurchasedfromthesamecountryorregion.DJICareRefreshonlysupportsaircraftpurchasedfromofficialorauthorizedchannels,andits

benefitsareonlyeligibleintheregionwhereitwaspurchased.

FortheOsmoPocket,thegimbalcanbereplaced.

FortheOsmoAction,thecameraandbatterycanbereplaced.

FortheMavicseriesandSpark,theaircraft,gimbal,camera,batteryandpropellerscanbereplaced.

ForthePhantom4Proseries,Phantom4Advanced,andPhantom3SE,theaircraft,gimbal,camera,andpropellerscanbereplaced.

FortheInspire2,theaircraftandpropellerscanbereplaced.

FortheZenmuseX4S,X5SandX7,thegimbalandcamera(includinglens)canbereplaced.

DJICareRefreshdoesnotcoverthefollowing:

1.Lostorpartiallylostaircraft,gimbaloraccessories.

2.Stolen,forgotten,orabandonedproduct.

3.Damagecausedbyflightunderunsuitableconditions.

4.Remotecontroller,batteryofInspire2,Phantom4ProseriesandPhantom4Advanced,andmodificationaccessories.

5.Deliberatelosses.

6.Abrasionsandshelldamagethatdonotaffecttheperformanceoftheproduct.

7.Directorindirectlossescausedbyforcemajeure.

8.Replacementrequestsfordamageincurredoutsidetheperiodofvalidity.

9.Extrafeesresultingfromtechnicalenhancementsorperformanceimprovements.

10.Damageresultingfrommodificationsthatarenotinaccordancewithmanualrecommendations,ortheuseofincompatiblebatteriesandcharger.

becoveredbythecustomersthemselves.

5.DJICareRefreshprovidesuptotworeplacementsforyourdrone.Foreachreplacementservice,DJICareRefreshfortheMavicseriesandSparkcoversonlyonebatteryreplacement.

Pleasedonotsendadditionalbatteriesoraccessories.Otherwise,thecustomerwillberesponsibleforanyrelatedshippingandhandlingfees.

6.IfdamagetoyouraircraftoccursandyouarewithinDJICareRefresh’scoverage,youwillreceiveaquotationaboutrepairfees.Youcanchoosetopayforrepairorreplaceyouraircraft.For

replacementservices,anadditionalfeewillbecharged.Afterthepaymentisconfirmed,DJIwillsendthereplacementtoyou.

DJICareRefreshwillbeterminatedwithoutnoticeinthefollowingsituations:

1.Theservicehasexpired.

2.Theaircraftorthegimbalhasbeenrepairedinanon-officialdesignatedrepaircenter.

3.DJICareRefreshincludestworeplacements.Ifyouclaimforreplacementofyourproducttwice,DJIshallbeconsideredtohavefullyexecutedtheDJICareRefreshservice.TheDJICareRefresh

servicewillthenbeterminated.

4.IfthecustomerisfoundtohavebrokenaDJICareRefreshcoveredproductonpurpose,theservicewillbeterminatedautomatically,andDJIwillnotofferarefund.Ifacustomerisfoundtobe

causingaccidentsforfinancialgain,DJIreservestherighttotakelegalaction.

Therearenohiddenchargesforthereplacementservice.AfteryouchooseDJICareRefresh,youwillreceiveprioritizedservice.ThecostoftwowaypostageforcustomerswithinDJICareRefresh
