So, what is Our Strategy at ecdp?

ecdp has three main aims in Our Strategy

2013 - 16

Aim 1: ecdp as a growing

organisation

Aim 2: ecdp as an Essex

organisation

Aim 3: ecdp as a robust

organisation

Let’s look at each aim in more detail...

ecdp as a growing organisation

• Deliver our existing services in areas other than social care

• Deliver in new geographical areas, beyond Essex

• Deliver new themes, such as employment and young people programmes

ecdp as an Essex organisation

• Reflect the views and lived experience of our members in our work

• Raise our profile so we are better known in Essex

• Build on what we currently do in Essex

ecdp as a robust organisation

• Continue to be led by a Board of Trustees

• Invest in our staff, and recruit new staff• Put plans in place to deliver all the

aims of Our Strategy 2013 – 16• Focus on ways to reduce costs and

provide better value for money• Regularly monitor how we are

delivering on our aimsenhancing everyday lives
