Databases – 24/7 Database A-Z list Databases by Subject Research Guides • Click the drop-down
menu by “Research by Subject”
• Click on “Education – CGPS” – to access suggested research resources
• Click “GO”

• Click on the name of a database to begin searching

• Considering refining your search using the “Limit” options
• Click “Go”

• Click “Locate Article” if not available full text through the database
• Use the tabs at the top to limit to “Peer Reviewed” or “Full Text”
• Use the publisher’s subject headings as your own search terms

• Request a copy using the ILLIAD Links

• Enter your keywords
• Use quote marks to search for phrases
• Consider using some of the “Limit your results” options
• Use the “Thesaurus” to identify subject terms
• Click “Search”

• Perform new searches by clicking the “Subject” terms

• To request this article, click the ILLIAD links.
• Enter your keywords
• Limit results with the optional selections
• Click “Search”
• Click “Full-text” or “PDF” to view the article
• Click “Locate Journal Article” if not full text through the database
• Click an article title to access Subject Headings and an article summary
• You can use the publisher’s subject headings as your own search terms
• Use the “Tools” to print, book, email, or listen to articles

• Click a database link to retrieve article
• If not online, request thru ILLIAD
• Click “Advanced Search”
• Enter your keywords
• Quotation marks will search for phrases
• Consider using some of the limit options
• Use the “Thesaurus” to identify keywords and subject terms
• Click “Search”
• Some full text access
• Look for ED and EJ numbers
• Click a “Descriptor” term to locate similar information

on microfiche from 1966-1990 and a complete set from 1991-2003

Use Illiad to request materials not located at the Stafford Library Create an online Illiad Account Submit requests through Library’s website Request books, articles, dissertations Free except for articles located at Simpson

• Books at main campus library - request thru Illiad
• NetLibrary - eBook available online
• Click “full” for ebooks
• Click “items” for print books

In the Full Record, click the “Online” link to access the book in NetLibrary
Or select NetLibrary on the Library’s homepage
