Is traditional education becoming obselete?

With many recent technological advancements over the past 20 years the way we learn has changed drastically, and the options for students to gain their knowledge are exceedingly broader

Can we keep up?

While traditional teaching styles do the job, institutions need to start preparing students for the real world where technology and how to use it are becoming more and more in demand

Schools need to begin integrating technology into their curriculums. Perhaps adjusting the curriculum to allow for classes that instruct students on typing, internet use, and proper research techniques.

One place where technology is already readily available in the classroom is college. Most college students have a laptop and many teachers post notes online. Some kids have a hard time adapting to this change.
