Transform your careerThe Graduate Program is designed to refine a graduate’s professionalism and equip them with the skills to evolve their competencies, expand their professional insight and understand the pathways to becoming a Chartered Engineer.
Run over two years the Graduate Program consists of 10 modules, with 10 face-to-face workshops, each one day in length. Some modules include an online component.

Understanding self and othersPersonality types, unique talents, individual differences, social awareness, self-awareness and cultural diversity.
Presentation skillsCreating and presenting powerful presentations that positively influence outcomes.
Writing winning technical documentsTechniques and styles of writing to ensure effective communications.
ECC writingTechnique, structure, style, and factual analysis required to produce accurate engineering competency claims.
Effective communicationTechniques and styles of communicating to positively influence outcomes.
Career managementUnderstand continuous personal analysis and ambition, planning, financial security and work/life balance.

By completing the Intro to project management module, participants can complete an assessment for a statement of attainment for BSPMG522A Undertake project work.
