Sean Hull is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum
Master (CSM) with a 15+ year history of developing, planning and driving
the delivery of technology transformation projects from cradle to done on a
global scale, with a particular emphasis of defining and aligning initiatives
with business goals, objectives and strategy.
Sean’s extensive track record of processes, systems and software
transformations includes work with Fortune 50 firms, Big Four Consulting
and non-for-profit organizations. Collaborating and directing on-shore, near-
shore and off-shore teams, the work has spanned the transformation life
cycle from opportunity / business analysis at the strategic level to managing
the implementations themselves. This includes business case development,
RFPs, due diligence, technical / data assessments, project / budget
planning, monitoring / management and international delivery.
