Feedback from SWE

• We are interested in:

– Having SAM at the regional level

– Possibility to insert SAM results into Nagios (some sites have local Nagios servers)

– Accounting separation between Providers (Sites-RC) and Users (VO). The user (VO) should have an independent accounting mechanism to cross-check provider (RC) accounting

– A set of monitoring/accounting tools easy to install and the possibility to choose which ones fit better in our region

– Interoperability between tools

– Integration with local tools: Nagios and Ganglia are widely deployed

– SLD: Automatic retrieval procedure through GOCDB?
