Registration

Go to URL: https://ei9.adp.com/ei9/public/Login.do

Click “First Time Users Register Here” – Follow the Wizard instructions

Copy Activation Code from email and enter into the wizard on Step 6

Close your web browser and re-open with URL:

https://ei9.adp.com/ei9/public/Login.do

Access the ADP eI-9 application by using the following

URL: https://ei9.adp.com/ei9/public/Login.do

Create a passphrase. This must be done every time you

log into the application. This is how you electronically

sign documents in eI-9. The passphrase you create is

session specific so it doesn’t have to be the same

passphrase each time. You also have the ability to skip

the passphrase creation process by selecting the

“Cancel” button but you will not be able to sign any

documents during the login session.

You are now logged into the application. Please note the resources

section that contains the eI-9/E-Verify learning materials. The Section 2

demonstration video and the E-Verify demonstration video will give a

short but concise review of the application. These two tutorials are about

15 minutes each. Feel free to review any of the training manuals as well.
