The sun warms the water, causing it to change from water (liquid) to water vapor (gas).

Condensation Once the warm water vapor (gas) hits the cooler air in the atmosphere it changes back into a liquid and forms a cloud.

Precipitation – Precipitación

Precipitation Tiny water droplets

hit each other, stick together and become larger. Once the droplets become too heavy, the cloud can no longer hold them. It begins to precipitate.
