Jones Lang LaSalles (Thailand) Limited’s (“JLL”) Hotel’s & Hospitality Group has been retained by Easy Living Samui Limited (the “Owner”) on a sole and exclusive basis to offer for sale Elements Hideaway Resort (the “Resort”) situated in Phang Ka Bay, Koh Samui, Thailand. Concurrently, JLL has also been appointed by Java Properties Co., Ltd. (the “Land Owner”) on a sole and exclusive basis to offer for sale a parcel of beachfront land directly adjacent to the Resort (the “Adjacent Land”).
Positioned on an absolute beachfront site along Phang Ka Bay, the Resort consists of 33 villas and guestrooms, 14 of which offer private swimming pools. This boutique resort sits on almost three and a half rai of freehold land with 60 meters of beach frontage and offers guests a wellness and hideaway experience that is popular with travelers to Koh Samui. The Resort is located in Phang Ka Bay, a hideaway destination located an approximately 35-minute drive from Samui International Airport. Other resorts nearby include Conrad Koh Samui, InterContinental Baan Taling Ngam and Centra Coconut Beach with attractions such as Nikki Beach Club and numerous waterfalls also nearby.
Guests arrive at the Resort via the main building to the airy reception area dominated by a large water feature. The Deluxe Rooms, Body & Soul Wellness Center and back-of-house facilities are situated within the main building. Walkways originating from the main building lead to the remaining guestrooms, Fai Restaurant, beachfront infinity swimming pool, Serenity Spa, Adjacent Land and the beach.
The swimming pool directly fronts the beach offering a combined lap pool, Jacuzzi and kid’s pool with a deck area for sunseekers. The Serenity Spa is set amongst carp ponds and contains three treatment rooms. Each treatment room features an indoor area and an outdoor relaxation area including a combination of steam room, sunken Jacuzzi pools and rain shower. The Body & Soul Wellness Center separately offers a treatment room, an expansive gym, steam and sauna.
The Bamboo Bar and Yoga Center are located on the Adjacent Land on a lease basis. The Bamboo Bar provides a serene setting directly fronting the sea, punctuated by the intermittent arrivals of fishing boats and sunsets. Thai favorites and a wide array of drinks are on offer and guests are invited to lounge in bamboo pavilions.
Fai Restaurant offers an all-day dining experience, set overlooking the swimming pool with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant offers international cuisines with a bevy of raw and healthy dining options. The a-la-carte dinner menu alternates every few weeks in order to provide a wider variety of menu options for long stay guests. Specially prepared detox meals are also served at Fai for guests participating in a detox program through Body & Soul Wellness Center.
The Resort also offers a range of theme nights several days a week including Meet the Team, Beach BBQ and Sundowners to maintain engagement with guests amongst a variety of other premium services such as private beach dinners and boat charters.

Two-bedroom Beachfront Pool VillasThe Resort offers four luxurious two-bedroom Beachfront Pool Villas featuring direct access to the fine sandy beach of Phang Ka Bay. The Villas comprise two buildings set around a central courtyard highlighted by a sunken Jacuzzi pool and a water feature. The front building offers a spacious living area overlooking a nine-meter long swimming pool, a Thai sala and the glimmering Gulf of Thailand.
The master and secondary bedrooms are set behind the living area and each offers airy high ceilings and bathrooms with open skylights and luxury amenities. The master bedroom additionally offers a four-poster bed and a more spacious four-point bathroom. The living area also encompasses a number of amenities including a dining area, pantry with full minibar, wine fridge and coffee maker.
Studio ApartmentsThe Studio Apartments are located above the Garden Pool Villas and feature an outdoor Jacuzzi bath located on the balcony. The apartments provide plenty of natural light with a working table and pantry overlooking a living area making this a suitable option for long stay guests. Bathrooms are generously sized, decorated with Terazzo tiles and feature double sinks and a rain shower.
Garden Pool VillasThe Garden Pool Villas offer a similar internal layout as the Studio Apartments, however with the additional feature of shady outdoor areas with private swimming pools.
Deluxe RoomsThe Resort’s Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building, offering views of landscaped gardens and partial seaviews from large balconies. Each room features a daybed, Thai style decoration and bamboo parquet floors.

An expansion plan could be considered onto the Adjacent Land which can be acquired in conjunction with the Resort. A number of configurations are possible with plans calling for four three-bedroom Beachfront Pool Villas and an additional beachfront swimming pool. Other room types could comprise up to 12 Deluxe Rooms and Garden Pool Villas / Studio Apartments or two-bedroom Pool Villas spanning two floors.
An additional food & beverage outlet could be planned to specifically cater to the weddings business featuring a larger kitchen and a banqueting hall. The expansion plan would require very little in the way of additional facilities as the additional rooms would be well served by the Resort’s existing facilities.
