Employee receives emailNotification similar to the one

below after Reviewer Takes action

Select “internet explorer”

Enter the URL:https://icams.usda.gov/

Read the Warning and Click on“I agree to the above”

Enter your EmpowHR User ID and Password and click on “EmpowHR Sign In”.

Click on “Worklist”.

1. Select the work list filter “Reviewer Concurred Rtg to Employee”. If a rating is ready for employee concurrence, there will be an entry. For you to select from the drop down box. If it is not ready, then no such option will be available.

2. Click on the blue link for the work item to view the rating.

Your plan must have check marks in both the Supervisor and Reviewer boxes. The check marks represent signatures. There must be 2 signatures (check) marks before you the employee can proceed. If any are missing, STOP here and notify your supervisor. It is not ready for Your concurrence

2. Employee reviews comments entered by the Reviewer and Supervisor.

1. Employee views the “summary rating”.

Employee clicks on the “elements and standards” tab to view the summary rating entered for each element.

Click on “view all” to view the ratings forall the elements.

2. Click on the “summary rating” tab after reviewing theratings for all the elements.

1. Review individual element ratings.

1. The employee may enter commentsIn the “employee comment” box. ThisIs optional.

2. Employee MUST choose one of the 2 certification options available in the employee box by clicking in the block .A check mark here is the employee’s Electronic signature.

3. Click on SAVE!

Your plan must have check marks for all 3 people involved. i.e.Employee, Supervisor, and Reviewer. The check marks representsignatures. There must be 3 signatures (check) marks for the ratingto be official/legal. If any are missing, notify your supervisor.

To print a hard copy document, click on the “create printable form”.

NOTE: Hard copies should only beprinted when needed.

Click on “view document”

The plan should show 3 electronic signatures anddates of certification: Employee, Supervisor, and Reviewer.

To print, click on the “printer icon” , select printer, and click “OK”.

After printing, click the “X” toexit.

Click on “worklist” after the review andCertification is completed.

The work list item should no longer appear on your worklist.

If a comment is added when the employee certifies either “Viewed/Discussed” Or “Refused Rating”,

the following email notification will go to the supervisor notifying of a worklist item.
