Select the drop down arrow and

choose Primary E-mail for your first

e-mail

Enter your e-mail address

To enter a second e-mail address, click the plus symbol and enter

information.

Click the down arrow and select a phone

type. You can choose a campus, primary

cell and home, secondary home and cell phone numbers.

NOTE: This is for voice messages

only.

Enter your telephone

number using the given format.

To enter multiple

numbers click the plus symbol

and enter information.

Choose Device Type by selecting the

down arrow. Choose from Alpha Pager, Primary SMS

(1ST cell device), and Secondary SMS

(2nd cell device).

NOTE: This is for text

messaging only.

Enter your phone number in format

given.

Select the down arrow to enter the Device Carrier. I.E. T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T etc.

To add multiple devices click the plus symbol and

enter information.

NOTE: Device Carrier MUST be selected in order for messages to be received.

Select the radio button (the circle)

to authorize SBU to send notifications.

Click Save to save your information

and complete your registration for SB

Alert.

This message box will appear when you click Save.

Click OK.
