INTRODUCING JFDI

Finance + Insight + Entrepreneurs = InnovationJFDI creates, supports and invests in new digital ventures. It teaches entrepreneurship and systematizes innovation, sharing risk and reward to help individuals and corporations build wealth in Asia for Asia.

JFDI was founded in Singapore in 2010 by Hugh Mason and Wong Meng Weng.

Our work is based on three theses1. Entrepreneurship will always be difficult but it need not be random or lonely.

2. A new Science of Startups makes it possible to engineer new ventures systematically, reducing risks and boosting repeatable returns from both technical and business model innovation.

3. There are huge opportunities to solve problems across Asia if we can combine the agility of startups and the efficiency with which they deploy risk capital with the market access and capitalization of established enterprises.
