AUDIOGRAM 3The Yamaha AUDIOGRAM Series has been carefully designed to make setting up your computer-based recording environment an absolute breeze. Coming as a complete kit, the AUDIOGRAM6 and AUDIOGRAM3 each bundle together a hardware interface that adds audio inputs and outputs to your computer, software for recording and producing music, and a USB cable for connecting the audio interface. As such, either package will in-stantly turn your computer into a powerful yet intuitive tool for recording and editing audio from virtually any microphone or audio input device. What’s more, setup is as easy as installing the bundled music-production application, CUBASE AI, on your computer and connecting the audio in-terface using the USB cable provided! You’re then ready to connect instru-ments, microphones, CD players, MP3 players, and even old record or tape players for recording straight into CUBASE AI.

STREAMLINED AUDIO INTERFACE

With a focus on simplicity and ease-of-use, the AUDIOGRAM3 delivers a compact audio interface complete with both a mono and stereo input channel. Providing maximum flexibility for re-cording from almost any audio source, the mono input channel features a combo-type connector that can be set for microphone or line level input, while the stereo channel has both phone and RCA connectors. Of course, as this interface is USB bus-pow-ered, it needs no external power supply and is an ideal solution for mobile applications.

DIRECT CONNECTION OF ELECTRIC GUITARS AND BASSES

With one touch of the MIC/INST select button, you can set the sensitivity of the AUDIOGRAM3 mono channel for direct con-nection of either microphones or instruments. When set to in-strument-level sensitivity, for example, you can directly record electric guitars, basses, and many other input devices. And all audio recorded using either of the MIC/INST settings can then be processed to give professional-sounding results using CUBASE AI’s built-in effects.HIGH-QUALITY MICROPHONE PREAMP

Also supporting microphone-level input, the AUDIOGRAM3 mono channel features a microphone preamp offering excellent

audio quality. And should you want to connect a condenser mi-crophone for higher-quality recordings, this channel can even be phantom powered. Regardless of what type of microphone you choose, however, the professionalmixer technologies integrated into this preamp will deliver perfect recordings every time.

STEREO CHANNEL FOR PRACTICALLY ALL SOUND IN-PUT DEVICES

With the AUDIOGRAM3, you also get a stereo input channel with both phone and RCA pin connectors that can be used to con-veniently connect not only synthesizers, portable keyboards, and electronic pianos, but also a diversity of other sound sources such as CD players, MD players, portable audio players, and even old record and tape players. Providing maximum flexibility for many different recording situations, the AUDIOGRAM3 even supports simultaneous recording of the instrument or vocal on the mono channel with the audio being input via the stereo channel. For ex-ample, you could easily use this feature to record yourself playing along to a CD or MD backing track or singing to a karaoke track created on a portable keyboard.

The 195 Fafner offers the best in a 5/4 size instrument. This tuba features a .846” bore for a huge sound with resonance and depth. The 18.89” bell offers a large sound with outstanding projection that will carry any ensemble.

This instrument is capable of existing on two worlds. It is an excellent advanced student/intermediate horn and can also serve well as a professional in-strument in many cases. This compact 4/4 tuba has a decep-tively HUGE sound and great projection. With the recent change in the bell from 15.75” to 17.75” the depth of sound has increased nicely.

The Meinl Weston HoJo 4 Front Action Piston Valve BBb Tuba was developed with the cooper-ation of famed jazz tubist How-ard Johnson. The HoJo Piston Valve Tuba features a smaller bore that works well for upper register work for jazz or as an in-strument for the doubling bass trombonist. The Meinl Weston 45SLP (45P) has the sound of the highly sought after Ger-man F tubas with a .748” to .787” graduated bore coupled with an improved low register and piston valves allows this tuba to meet the needs of both the soloist and the orchestral player. Developed in cooperation with Mel Culbertson, this 6/4 tuba is based on the successful F-Tuba 45S-LP, but is more oriented towards the Euro-pean taste with its 6 valve setup. It features a .748” Bore with a .787” 4th Valve Bore and .767” 5th and 6th Valve Bore in a 4 front action large piston and left hand 5th (long wholestep) and 6th (long halftone) rotary valve design. It also features a 2nd valve slide trigger for easy into-nation adjustment.

The Meinl Weston 2000 Hand-made 5/4 CC Tuba features “handmade” bows made of sheet metal, based on the popu-lar Meinl Weston 2155 design. The 2000 CC Tuba features spe-cial engravings of Manhattan on the bell. This Warren Deck model features 4 piston steel valves (Big Valve) plus a 5th thumb activated rotary valve. The Meinl Weston 2000 Handmade CC Tuba is avail-able in silver plate finish.

The 6450 CC Tuba was developed together with Alan Baer, tubist with the New York Philharmonic Orches-tra, who played on Gronitz and Mirafone instruments, but needed a large orchestral CC-Tuba that would exhibit the flexibility to create an immense amount of sound without sacrificing core or clarity. It features a .748” bore with a .787” 4th valve bore and a .846” 5th valve bore plus a 18.89” upright bell. It also features bows and slides that are machine made using hydraulic molds for consistency and are slightly heavi-er metal than the handmade Baer Tuba.

MODEL 601 - FOX BASSOON

MODEL l - FOX BASSOON
