LCC philosophy impact on maintenance organisation of transport operator

conclusions
In this paper a deeper analysis of the correlation between maintenance procedure and knowledge under LCC methodology was performed.Organizational, skills and technical point of view were touch into account for explaining a robust methodology of monitoring the maintenance cost.The sustainable, environmental and economical, development of the fleet is the main focus for the fleet manager, the LCC methodology it’s the main aims to do that.
