When consciousness is genuinely liberated, all tools, techniques or methods

The first is that it’s unbelievable, a dream come true, the fact that the European School of Ayahuasca isrunningandfurthermorecreatingamovementofthismagnitudeinEurope,notonlybecauseofthenumberofpeoplewhohavecometothelastmeetings,butalsobecauseofallthosewhoasktojoinourprograminseveralcountries.I amalso surprisedby thedepthof the teachings that the studentswhosignupareallowingus to share,VERYBRAVE,DARING,ALL-WILLINGSEEKERSONTHEPATHOFHEALING.Itispuzzlingthatwehavenopredefinedprogram.Wedonotofferadiplomaorevenacertificateofparticipation,yetpeoplecometolearn.Mostparticipantstrust,give,anddonotdemandanyguaranteesbecausetheytakechargeofthemselvesandofwhattheyarecapableofassimilating.Itisamiraclethategoicformsoftitlesaretranscended,anditisagreatwaytostartpreparingforthiswonderfultaskofworkingwithshamanicremedies,withpeople’sgrowth,andespeciallywithhumantransformation,thehealingofthesoul,andwithconsciousness.Thegoverningboardoftheschoolissomethingthatistakingshape,asforthatitisimperativetofindthosewhocanholdinunitytheprinciplesandvaluesonwhichtheschoolisbased.The“governing”energyoftheschoolistheseed,thevitalimpulse,theessencethatmovesit.Todefineitsomehow,althoughlimitedly,itislinkedtotheruptureofmouldsandlimitationswiththereleaseofnaturaltalentandcreativity,withtheawakeningofthestudents’potentialandtheconsequentactivationof thepossibilitiestoproduceanaturalexpansion inthemselves,asmuch intheircapacityoflabourandservice,asinthegrowththatoccursinthecompanywheretheywork,allsupportedbythepermanentsearchofempoweringeachstudent.Thegoverningenergyisdirectlytargetedtothepowerofthestudent.Inasense,thisschoolisaninternaltrainingforthecommunity-organisationAyahuascaInternational,which,giventheurgentneedforqualifiedskilledworkersthatcannotbefoundanywhereandforatrainingwhichisnottaughtinanyuniversityintheworld,madeusdecidedtocreatetheuniversityitselfinanon-formaleducationprogramwithveryparticularteachersforeachsubject,promptedustopracticeateachingaccordingtotheneedsoftheowncommunity-organizationAyahuascaInternational.Thiscallisforanyonewhowantstobecomeacollaboratorofthisinternationalcommunity-organizationdedicatedtotheexpansionofpsychotherapeuticworkwithayahuasca.ItisforpeoplewhowanttotrainasFACILITATORS(ayahuasquerosand/orintegrators).Forthatreasonweaskthosewhoarenottruthfullyinterestedfromthehearttorefrain.Theideaistoexpandthenumberofpeoplewhocancarryoutretreatswithpsychotherapeuticuseofayahuascaintheworld,andalsotodelveintothequalityoftheservicesweoffer.Butitisalsoopentoayahuasquerosandfacilitatorswhoworkontheirown,outsideofour

WHAT IS THE EUROPEAN SCHOOL OF AYAHUASCA? Itisaspontaneousmovementofexpansionofconsciousnessthroughthepsychotherapeuticuseofayahuascawhichisgatheringandinspiringpeoplefromallovertoworkwithinnertransformationbeginningwithawakeningandself-healing.Between2012and2013aYugoslavianwholivedinItalycalledmeaftersharingseveralayahuascajourneyswithmeandtoldmehewantedtoworkwithayahuasca,togiveittootherpeople,andaskedifIcouldteachhim.Thenhispartnercametotakethismedicineandherexperiencewassuchthatshealsoaskedmethesamething,butshediditinadifferentway.Shesaid,"Iwanttoworkwithconsciousness,Iwanttodedicatemyselftothat."Thenotherpeoplewithsimilarconcernscontinuedtoappear.Iamnotashaman,Idonotevenconsidermyselfanayahuasquero,muchlessanayahuascateacher,butstillIacceptedtherequestbecauseIfeltthatIcouldshareeverythingIhadlearnedovertheyearswiththosewhosawwithanattitudetolearnfromtheheart.MorethanteachingIbegantointroducethemtointernshipsinspecificactivitiesortasks,toseehowtheymoved,howtheyrespondedandwhatattitudetheyhadineachsituationpresentedtothem.Ididnotthinktostartwiththeoriesnordeepeningthewaysofhowthingsshouldbedone,butthroughthepureobservationandexpressionoftheirsoul.

8 Ithoughtitwasmoreeffectivetostartbyorientingthemratherthanteachingthem.However,sincemymethodofworkisnotwithayahuascabutratherwithconsciousness,Irealizedthatforthemtobepreparedaccordingtomystyleormethod,IshouldorganizeandsystematizeeveryaspectofthisworkI'vebeendoing,creating,andrefiningforafewdecades.Isawitclearly,butstilldidnothingtodeveloptheoreticalcontents.Itoldtheseapprenticestogotothejunglebecausetheretheywouldlearnthebasics,whichistheconnectiontotheforest,plants,shamans,andtobecomeawareofthepowerofthisayahuascamedicine.Sotheydid.Butitwasnotenoughforwhattheywanted;allwithoutexceptionstatedthattheyhadreceivedthedeepestpartoftheirprocesswhilstbeinginEurope,notinthejungle,andaccordingtowhattheysay,itisbecauseintheencounterstheyhavewiththeworkthatIproposetheycanfocustheprecisedirectionoftheirpathofevolution.Therefore,fromthebeginningof2014Iorganisedmeetingswithallofthemtodiscuss,question,andallowemotions,thoughts,andintentions,tocomeout...toseeeachoneintheirmomentandsituation.Fromthere,withoutasingledropofayahuasca,Istartedapersonalizedworkwitheachone(althoughdevelopedinagroupsetting)inwhichIdirectattentiontothepointsofresistanceorblocksthateachmemberoftheschoolmayhaveinrelationtotheoptimalstaterequiredtodothejobcorrespondingtoeachone.Intheprocess,morepeoplecameaskingmethesamething,wereaddedtotheteam,andintegratedasainternandcollaboratoruntilthedaycametoformalizetheproposal.Thisschool,initsformalorigin,wasanideaIlaunchedinDecember2013duringthelastgroupayahuascaretreatIdidinLozoya,Madrid.MyfriendsprovidedthebrewandItookadvantagetodrinkandgetintomyinnertroubles;whatIfoundisthatmuchofmytroubleisthatIdonothavetimetodoallofwhatthousandsofpeoplearoundtheworldaskmeandwhichIwouldliketogivethem.Ontheotherhand,Iconnectedwithmytrustinothers(whichIobviouslyalreadyhadinmyself),mydesiretoexpandthiswork,mydesiretoteacheverythingI’velearnedoversomanyyears,theexperienceindelegatingIdevelopedwhenIwasabusinessman,andmypassiontoworkwithhumanempowerment,mineandthatofothers.Allofthisledmeinexorablytoadeadend.AfteralmosttwoyearsworkingonthisempiricalandinformallineoftrainingwithpeoplefromvariouscountriesinEuropeandAmerica,IdecidedtotakeactionandCREATETHETRAININGPROGRAMOFTHEEUROPEANSCHOOLOFAYAHUASCAandinstallitinaphysicallocationbecauseuntilnowithadbeenitinerant.IthrewouttheideapubliclyandasusualIfirstexpressedtheideaasifitwerealreadyreal,tothenseeifit’sfeasibleorifIhadthemeanstomaterializeit.ThispracticeIhavedeveloppedinprojectingmyidealshasALWAYSgonewell.Itisatremendouslyeffectiveimplementationmechanism.Itisevenoneofthebasicconceptstaughtinthiswork:FirstsayYES,thenweshallsee.FirstIasume,thenwe'llsee.FirstIopenupandpredisposemyselftoeverything,theneverythingisorganizedmagically.Itisamasterpieceattitude,orratherthemasterofallattitudes.Itistobeready,predisposed,andopentowhatevercomes.FacilitatorsatAyahuascaInternational

vibratinginthisattitudeachieveprogressinafewmonthsasiftheywereyears,andthosewhorefusethatattitudegetstuck.CurrentlywehaveinstalledtheschoolinafixedlocationinMadrid,Spain,withmorethan30peopleundergoingdeepandintensetrainingwithasteadyandprogressivepace.Untilnowandfrom2014,weconducttrainingmeetingsevery40daysorso.Beforetheschoolwasitinerant,meaningthatitwassetupwhereverIwasatanytimelikeaspontaneouscamp.Every30-45daysorsowemetwiththeparticipantsoftheteamofAyahuascaInternational(whichIfoundedanddirect)toinstructthemineachoftheaspectsthatallowustomaintainthequalityoftheworkwepropose.Wealsoseethepossibilityofintegratingdifferentapproachesandtechniqueswithinourproposal.Currentlywehaveadesignedprogramdatinguntiltheendof2016inSpain,Italy,andGermany,aswehavehadtolaunchtheschoolinItalyandGermanysincetherewasnotenoughroomformorethan40peopleinthehouseinMadrid,andwehavealsohadtostartexpansionworksonthehousetoenableustoreceiveagrowingSpanish-speakingaudienceaswellasbeginningfromOctober2015theschoolinMexico.

A TRANSCENDENT HEALING PROCESS Thefocusofthisschoolisinnerconquest.Itisinnerevolution,inandofoneself,tolaterfromwithinsharetheheroismofhavingopenedanddiscoveredourselves.Itallstartsbyaskingpeoplewhoareinterestedtodoaminimumof3InnerEvolutionRetreatswithpsychotherapeuticuseofayahuascainthecountrieswhereweofferthem.Thentheyenrollintheschoolforaminimumof3trainingcyclestoenablethemtobegininternships,andinthefinalthreemonthswedeterminewhetherthestudentisreadytobeginworkofficiallyandlegally,aswehirethem.Thisintegrationprocesstakes9-12months,butitisnotguaranteedthatstudentscanbeintegrated100%totheworkingsystemwepropose.Wealreadyhavemanyhighlytrainedfacilitatorswhoinmanyaspectscontinueexceedingthemselves.We'veputtogetheragreatdiversityofvaluesandtalents.Whatmattersisthatwecomplementeachotherinthepartthateachonehasmostevolved.TheplacethatcanbeoccupiedwithintheAyahuascaInternationalorganizationissomethingthatcomesfromthesoulofeachmemberoftheteam.Theorganizationrecognizes,respects,andsupportsthedirectionofthesoulofeachpersonwithinaninnerframeworkinanorderlyoperation.AyahuascaInternationalisdesignedtoaccommodatepeoplewiththatMASTERATTITUDEandwhoarepredisposedtogivethebestofthemselvesinthepreciseplacewhichawaitsthem.Oneneverknowswhatthatplaceis,itissomethingthateachmustdiscover.It’spartofthetrainingprocessthatIpropose.Wehavecreatedamodelofauthority,amodelofinternalorganization,andaremunerationmodelforworkingwithconsciousnessandnotwithmoney,toworkwithmeditativegivingandnotwithclocksthatcontrolschedules.OntheotherhandIencouragestudents,collaborators,andfacilitatorstocometothejunglewithme,tospendevenifonlyafewdaysimmersedwithshamans,plants,nature,night,andstars.Thishelpsthemseethedeeperaspectsoftheintentionofwantingtotrainasayahuasqueros.Butitisessentialtoknowthat"beinganayahuasquero"isjustoneofthepossibilitiesofferedinthisschool.Therearealsopeoplewhoarespecializing incommunication,cooking,administration,viralmarketing,socialnetworks,textcreation, in logisticalorganization,inexpanding,intherapeuticdynamics,etc.Itisaschoolthataimsatconsciousnessbeyondayahuasca. 11 andintegratestheexperiencewithinthecontextoflifeandpersonalhistoryoftheparticipant,thisbecomesafreeandindependentbeingforeverydayunderstandingoftheissuesthattheymustgothrough.PsychotherapeuticuseofayahuascaforINNEREVOLUTIONoftheparticipantisajobthatinvolvesaprocessofprofoundinquiryintooneselfuntiltheindividualcanempowerhimselfofhisownlife,beyondthelimitsthatboundhimanddeactivatetheblockagesthatrenderedhimparalyzedorpreventedhisdevelopment.TheCOMPREHENSIONofoneself, of life,ofexistence, andeverything thathappens tous in life, is theepicenterof thework thatwepropose.Comprehensionisthegatewaytotheuniverseofconsciousness.Whenthatdoorisentered,theinstrumentsortoolsthathavebroughtustothispointbegintodisappear.Manypeoplecometothiscomprehensionthroughdifferenttechniques,suchasmeditationoryoga,butforahighpercentageofpeopleitiscomplicated,slow,andevenroughtoreachbythesemeans,sotheyneedmoreefficienttoolsandmethods,fasterormorepowerful.Consciousnessisatoolthatcanbecomeapathandevenbecomeastateoflife,butnotalltechniquesormethodshavethepowertotakeustothatcomprehension.Tobeabletostoptakingayahuascaatthetimewhenthatcomprehensionhascome,ayahuascamustbetakenwiththeawarenessthatayahuascaisatool,atechnique,amethodthatactsasanalarmclockandactivatorofconsciousnesstolaterexpandbyitself.Ayahuascaisnotanendinitself;otherwise,wewouldendbyworshipingthespringboardandforgettheoceanandhowwefeelwhenwediveintoit.IntheESAweuseayahuascaasspiritualmedicinefortheawakeningofconsciousness.Wedonotuseitasareligioussacramentorasacentralmotifofstudyorresearch.Oncethestudentmanagestostabilizetheuseofhisorherconsciousnessineverydaylife,theuseofayahauscacanbecompletelyforsaken.Thisissomethingthatweareprovingconclusivelywithourparticipants,whoincreasinglyneedtotakelessayahuasca,andevenmanyhavealreadystoppedtakingittoaccessnon-ordinarystatesofconsciousness.Themainreasonwecandothisworkisthatayahuascasupportsfreedomanddetachment.ItisNOTADDICTIVE,butratherinspirestodropalladdictions,eventhatwhichmayoccurwithitself.Yet,alltheaddictionsthatoccurwithayahuascaarenotchemicalbutpsycho-emotional,sothepsychotherapeuticworkisfundamentalinguidingthestudenttoforsakeayahuasca.Weareexactlyintheprocessofexpansionofconsciousness,ofbecomingaware,ofcomprehendingconsciousness...tobecomeawareofconsciousnessonourown.WEARE,WECOME,WELIVE,ANDWEAREHEADINGTOWARDCONSCIOUSNESS.Realizingthisistheultimatepurposethatweproposeinthisschoolandlifeingeneral.Asitcomes,lifeisgraduallybecomingafertilelandappropriatetoharvesttheseedofwhatweare.Everyhumanbeing,whetherherealizesitornot,hasthepotentialtobepartofawonderfulgarden.

THE NAME OF THE SCHOOL Itisnotcalledschoolof"ayahuasqueros"butSchoolofAyahuascabecauseitisfeminineinessence,becausetheplantisfemenine,andparticipants,Ibelieveshouldbefemenine,betheymenorwomen,butfemenine.ThereasonisthatwehandleanayahuascacomingfromColombia,whereitisanarchetypeofauthority,notonlyoflove.Thereitrepresentstheenergyofthemasculine,whichiswhytheycallitGrandfatherratherthanGrandmotherastheydoelsewhere.Thisenergyofrigor,authority,andempowermentthatinspiredthemasculine,inmyview,mustbeinverylovingandgentlehands,handsthatlovethefeminineenergy.Inthissense,althoughitseemsthatthename"EuropeanSchoolofAyahuasca"onlyreferstotrainingintheuseofayahuasca,toactuallybeabletouseayahuascawithapsychotherapeuticalapproach,onemusthaveadeepandcomprehensiveviewofthetherapeutictechniquesingeneralwithoutbeingattachedtoanyofthem.
