Event Safety can seem like a daunting thing. Many event organisers simply ignore it. That's irresponsible & dangerous. The reality is that there are plenty of things you can do to make your event as safe as possible.

Why do events need Safety Officers?

The public don’t consider their safety

There are laws in play

C. Y. A.Cover your ass

Judges suck. Try to avoid them.

Jail sucks. I should know.

Personal responsibility comes into play

So what goes wrong at events?

Pukkelpop 2011. 5 people died.

Indiana State Fair 2011. 7 died, 58 injured.

Radiohead 2012. 1 drum tech died, pre-doors.

Ottawa Bluesfest 2012. 3 injured.
