CYBER FIVE SHOPPING BEHAVIOR
Overall, people were happy with their shopping experiences between Thanksgiving Day and Cyber Monday, but most ran into problems with out of stock products.
Over half of Cyber Five shoppers used a mobile app to purchase gifts. Black Friday beat out Cyber Monday as the most popular day to shop online.
