Our Business Concept
A sharper use of society´s resources
Provide leadership career and board level
experience for female business leaders
Optimize growth for companies with high
growth potential
How we do it
• Further career development of female leaders in larger companies
through the “Towards Top 1000” program
• ‘Examination’ to pass to hands-on board work
• Methods: Selection or Board Casting
• Matching female board candidates with advisory boards or
boards at companies with high growth potential
• Board assessment
• Successful recruitment of member candidates as non-executive
directors at larger companies
The Potential of New Boards
In Denmark there are thousands of limited companies
(ApS) that are directed by a sole managing director.
Many new board positions can be created by
establishing boards at such companies
Potential in female-owned companies
Development program
There are more than 100,000 growth companies in
Denmark.
We partner with some of the 15,000 firms with the largest
growth potential.
Advisory boards or boards can give a ‘push in the right
direction’.
The growth-potential firms might increase their turnover
drametically with competent boards. This benefits
businesses, society and increases employment.

”Already after the first workshop most
of our participating leaders were
inspired and encouraged to set new
goals for their careers. We consider
ExecutiveWomens.Net is an important
contribution to diversity in our top
management as well as a
strengthening of our pipeline of female
leadership talents.”
Tine Antvorskov, AIG
General Manager
”The team at the advisory board,
suggested by Executive Women’s Net is
working well because we complement
each other. We have a fine mix of
competences within operations,
knowledge of the fashion industry and
finance.”
CEO Kirsten Anker Sørensen
Chairman, Knap Design
”As a Director of Communications and Sustainability at a large
company I have many interesting challenges. But it also means being
placed in a box narrowing my competences.”
The development and match program at ExecutiveWomens.Net has
placed me at the board of the Competence House Lene
heckmann.dk. This opportunity has made me think out-of-the-box and
obtain a strategic approach both to the board work and to my own
job. The hands-on experience is most useful at the board team, formed
by Executive Women’s Net. To work from a helicopter perspective
influences my daily work life and my further career positively.
In practical terms I feel more qualified when having transversal
discussions with the management team and board.”
Liselotte Gjerdrum Carlsen
Vice President Communications & Sustainablility,
Top-Toy
In 2016 Executive Women’s Net introduced the
C-Suite, women at a C-level, wanting a special
approach to boards at medium-sized companies.
Each C-Suite consists of members, each at a C-level
or a senior specialist with leadership experience at a
large company. The common goal is to participate in
a network that under competent supervision should
promote the group and each member to relevant
positions at boards.
The C-Suite
The groups have four dialog meetings a year, including
lectures from senior board members to discuss access,
roles, strategy and teamwork as well as
internationalisation. The meetings are confidential. The
approach hands-on and to the point.
The C-Suites´ members can take part in selected
workshops and all conferences held by Executive
Women’s Net.
Clients from Top Directors Program, including a
membership of Executive Women’s Net may also
participate.
