Please Note You might need to provide your HP Passport

credentials before you can download the file. Getting these credentials is easy.

The delivery receipt page provides an option for using HP Download Manager to download the large file. Chose this option. Download works well in the background.

When download begins, the “Time Left” reported at first can be misleadingly high.

Download takes less than 3 hours even over a145KB/Sec connection, and less than an hour over faster connections.

Using the DVD Image

Burn the physical Media with a DVD burner.

Or skip making a physical DVD and use a virtual DVD drive utility to access the content.

Either way, you can chose to run the library from the DVD image or install the library on your system.

Making Sure Your Manuals are the Most Recent

A DVD .iso image is available approximately 3 days after each RVU FCS.

Some manuals might be updated between RVUs, especially for independent products.

Compare the date of your DVD image with the dates shown in the Updated Date column of the HPSC (Date posted column in the BSC).

HPSC has the benefit of letting you see manuals published after a certain date together, in fact, that is the default view.
