Lift your arms and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Measure around your waistline at the level where you normally wear your pants and skirts. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit. For low-rise pants, measure a little bit lower than your natural waist.

Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Con los brazos relajados hacia abajo y a los costados mide todo tu busto, manteniendo la cinta métrica paralela al suelo.

Mide alrededor de la línea de la cintura en el nivel en el que siempre usas tus pantalones y faldas. Mantén un dedo entre tu cuerpo y la cinta métrica para una talla precisa. Para pantalones a la cadera, mide un poco más abajo que tu cintura natural.
