Vector Call Forwarding• A flexible feature which allows the user to set parameters of the call forwarding feature on a handset.
Hunt Group Set Up• The system can be configured to immediately pass the call to another user after a pre-defined number of rings. Hotdesking • Log into any handset with a secure passcode and pin number within your business to enable more flexible ways of working.
Unified Messaging• Integrate voicemail with email and listen to voicemail messages from your email account for greater access to messages.
Auto-Attendant• Create call flows to manage incoming calls which includes scheduling, to improve your customer’s experience.
Fax to Email• Eliminate the need for local fax machines. Faxes can now be presented to a group email address or a number of individual email addresses. For outbound faxing, documents can simply be scanned and emailed.
User Desktop Tool• A simple task-oriented user interface. You can now configure your IP handset with communications options such as feature keys, personal directories, call forwarding and internet bookmarks.

Switchboard/ Receptionist ConsoleThis offers an advanced PC-based console and administration application. It has an easy to use graphical user interface (GUI) including screen based call status and call handling prompts.
This IP Console is ideal for both departmental and enterprise attendants requiring fast and easy access to call-processing functionality, and the ability to use other applications on the same PC. In the low/ medium traffic areas, the console operator can use the same PC for processing calls and for day-to-day office tasks (such as e-mail and word processing).

Presence & Instant Messaging
The presence and instant messaging client is downloaded directly onto the user’s PC/ laptop and provides the presence and availability of other colleagues across inter-office and diverse geographic locations. Features also include secure instant messaging, audio conferencing, web and video collaboration with the call control capabilities of the new telephone system.
This application integrates with leading business productivity tools like Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and IBM Lotus Notes to synchronise diary status to the presence tool i.e. ‘in a meeting’, ‘out of office’ and provides knowledge management for easy access to caller emails.
The Presence and Instant Messaging client will enable users to immediately identify the availability of their colleagues and boost productivity through smarter ways of working.

Soft Phone
Road warriors and teleworkers can enjoy the same intuitive communications management from a remote PC or laptop by using a software-based IP phone. When remotely connected to the telephone system via a secure network connection, mobile users can make and receive calls as though they were inside the corporate network. The UC Advanced Softphone also lets users record calls on their computer, add customised ring tones, and configure HID-compliant USB devices through an intuitive user interface. And of course, when used in conjunction with the presence and Instant Messaging client, benefit from rich presence information, instant messaging, visual voice mail, and more.

Mobile Twinning - One Number
Mobile twinning is an embedded feature of the new telephone system that enables mobile users to have a rich, in-office experience in any location.
Through a single business extension number, the mobile user can be reached on up to eight devices. Logging into the corporate system from any device provides the mobile worker with all the features of the desk phone including corporate long-distance calling, Call Transfer, and Conference Call.
A mobile worker remains available and connected to the business, able to respond quickly and work effectively.

Smartphone Client - On Net Calls in Wi-Fi Zones
The Smartphone Client is a simple way to connect and effectively communicate with your business associates so that you can be more productive whilst on the move.
The Smartphone application installs as a client on supported BlackBerry, Android and iPhone/ iPad devices and extends key unified communications capabilities to mobile users. Search your corporate directory, check visual voice mail, and automatically update your presence status and call routing preferences based on your location or time of day.
For Android and iOS devices, an integrated SIP softphone allows calling over Wi-Fi or 3G/4G to stay connected whilst removing mobile phone usage and roaming charges.

The Remote Working Border Gateway is a highly scalable solution that gives remote workers, road warriors, and day-extenders seamless access to the voice and data capabilities of the office, wherever they are.
To ensure enhanced productivity for mobile and remote workers, our tenants can now extend unified communications from the new telephone system, over the Internet to mobile or remote workers via IP phones, soft phones, and Wi-Fi/ dual-mode phones.
To ensure the deployment of secure internal and external workspaces, including hotels, airports and home offices, the Remote Working Border Gateway provides comprehensive threat protection, strict access control, and privacy.
What this means is that remote employees can securely work and collaborate as part of the office network. The Remote Working Border Gateway is a remote access solution for businesses of all sizes, regardless of Service Provider, and allows secure deployment of multiple network connectivity services.

Conference hosts can email an invitation which automatically generates a secure link which 3rd parties can use to join web and video conferences securely.
