The following shows the full account statement of the off-campus bank account of theAmplify Movement from January 2019 to February 2019.Note that the ”WePay” direct deposits from the GoFundMe accounts (Section 4.2) aswell as in the attached account ledger. However, some funds have yet to be depositedinto the off-campus account.January

6 Campaign Contribution Statement

The following section is a copy of the original Campaign Contributions Document forthe Amplify Movement.This shows the account statements for three different accounts connected to The Am-plify Movement and/or its Candidates. This document shows the contributions to andexpenses of The Amplify Movement via Venmo, FSU Credit Union (official off-campusbank account), and GoFundMe (crowd-sourcing) accounts of The Amplify Movement’sexecutive slate candidates. This document will also show the expenses of the AmplifyMovement alongside their receipts or quotes.

Venmo is used as the primary method for the collection of membership dues and thedistribution of reimbursements to the the executive board and executive candidates.Funds were transferred from the Venmo account to FSU Credit Union once on January24, 2019 in the amount of $948.00 which is reflected in both account statements.
