Volunteer Force Fireworks in the Field - SRAC
Need 10 volunteers. Five volunteers from previous years and another five first-time volunteers. Volunteers will assist in set up, facilitating art crafts during the event, providing accurate and reliable information regarding the event and building (where the bathrooms are, etc), and assisting in the cleanup process. Volunteers will be split into two groups for set up and cleanup crew. They will also be pre assigned to their crafting station.

Calling Volunteers for Fireworks at the Field
When: Saturday, July 4, 2015
Shifts: 1:30pm–3:30pm or 3:30pm–5:30pm
Where: The Creamery Arts Center—Arts and Crafts Stations
Fireworks at the Field returns to downtown Springfield for its 5rd year and The Springfield Regional Arts Council needs volunteers to help work the arts and crafts stations. These stations will be located at The Creamery Arts Center on Saturday, July 4. There will be two shifts available: Team Awesome from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and Team Amazing from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Volunteers may choose between one or both shifts and all volunteers will receive pizza and a free ticket to the event.
The Arts Council has several fun activities lined up including beaded jewelry making, fire cracker streamers, and straw firework print making. There will also be two face painters and a balloon artist.

Hello Awesome/Amazing Volunteers,
First off, I would like to thank you for helping to make Fireworks at the Field a success. I look forward to working with you and having some fun. The following information is important for this Saturday’s adventure.
Check InPlease arrive 10 minutes prior to your shift time. Parking can be found around The Creamery (in the north or east lot) or at Mediacom Ice Park. Be sure to mention you are with The Creamery. Once you reach The Creamery, go to the Exhibition Hall and check in with Bri Hopkins (me!).Below are the assignments for current volunteers. I, along with other SRAC Staff Members, will provide further directions for assignments once you have checked in.
