Helpful InformationDOG AND CATE BITESAnimal quarantine is required if rabies
status is unknown.High frequency of wound infection with
pasteurella and other oral pathogens. Likely to require antibiotic treatment.

that sometimes require antibiotic treatment for deep wounds.

TIME TO TAKE A TEST
1. If you are bitten by an animal, but have no bleeding you should
