Imagine the Market coming to you. And imagine that you don’t have to browse through countless products that don’t
fit your store just to find this one “gem”. Imagine that you have customized, hand picked products offered to you on a
regular basis. You can kick back, relax and watch your sales soar and your customers “oh” and “ah” over the new,
fresh selection that you have in your store every time they come in. Now – let’s make this dream a reality.
1. We want to get to know you. If you didn’t have a conversation with us yet—it’s time to schedule one. Email us
with available times and let’s talk. The more we know about you the better we can help you. We want to know
who your target audience is. What products are you looking for? What challenges are you facing? How often do
you shop for new products?
2. We will start sending you product offers based on what you tell us about your business. We have hundreds of
products available and there are new ones coming every month - instead of making you browse a huge catalogue,
we will send you line sheets for specific products that will fit your store and target audience. We will let you
know every time we get something new and noteworthy!
3. That’s it - kick back, relax and get excited about the new products that will be coming to your store soon.
There are no fees to pay, no “membership” to buy, no strings attached.
When you decide to carry a specific line in your store we will offer you exclusivity in your area. We want to help
you and we don’t believe we can successfully do that if we offer the same products to the store down the street from
you. That is great news, but it also means that if you decide not to order from particular line - we will possibly offer it
to somebody else in your area, so choose wisely and make your decisions quickly - first come, first served! If there
are no re-orders for more than 90 days we will assume that you don’t want to carry that line anymore, in which case
we reserve the right to offer it to another store in your geographical area. We also reserve the right to refuse the sale
of any products to any store due to these exclusivity constrictions. So, to sum it up - we will honor you and make
sure that won’t offer the lines you carry to any other stores we work with in your area. We hope that puts a
smile on your face.

Great news—we DO NOT require you to make a minimum order! We believe that high minimum orders hinder
small independent stores from being able to compete with their larger competitors. Our goal is to help you succeed.
With this in mind - when you place an order for a new line, there is a minimum item count requirement (check each
line sheet for details) This is to ensure that the items you purchase have the best chance to sell. Additional benefit is
that when you make that first time purchase you receive the right to request exclusivity for that product line in your
area. Other than that we don’t require a minimum order—but we do have a $25 handling fee for very small orders
(under $100). Also—keep in mind that bigger orders save you money on shipping costs—so choose wisely.
Due to the nature of our products, we request the payment at the time of the order. We accept paypal and all major
credit cards.
After you place an order you will be sent an invoice that will include all the charges plus shipping. Please review
before we ship out the order to make sure everything is correct.

Shipping
Return Policy
Displays and signs
Your order will be shipped with the most economical shipping method. If you have a request for a specific carrier,
please let us know at the time of your order. Charges for shipping and handling will be included in the final invoice.
Typically products ship out within 5-7 business days. If you need your products faster please indicate that on your
order and we will do our best to accommodate you. In case any of the products are backordered, you will be notified
of the anticipated delivery date.
Many of our products will come with signs that advertise them. Our goal is to help you increase your sales so we
want to make sure we give you tools to do that. We might also offer you pictures to put on your facebook page that
promote the new products. You are not required to use those tools, but they are provided complimentary to you to
help you sell more.
We understand that every time you order a product it’s a risk on your part. Will it sell? Is it right for my store? It’s
even harder if you don’t have a chance to hold the product in your hands before you order it. That’s why we offer
7 Days No Question Asked Return Policy. If a product is not what you expected it to be - just let us know, ship it
back and you will receive a full refund (you are responsible for shipping costs). Please don’t ship anything back until
you contact us about the issue.
In case of defective products - let us know and we will arrange for a replacement if possible or a refund if it’s not.
