Open your VMware file, and double click the VMware.exe to open the VMware Workstation.

Creat a virtual Windows XP system.

Click Here you should choose the file which your IOS in (where you download at Step3 ).

Choose Windows XP Professional.

Typing at least 40G.

Start your virtual Windows XP system.

Run the option [B] to start the Windows PE.

Double click this and follow the steps.

Maybe you need to restart your VMware Workstation, but almost it is automatically. And then you can run the Windows XP(32bit) on this VMware workstation.
