Penny Game Rules Goal:

• Move all 20 coins through your team’s process line • Coins must start on heads and be turned over 1 at a time • A batch must be complete before it can be passed to the next team member • Deliver all coins to the client as fast as possible • Be prepared for scope additions

Team Breakdown:

• (1) Product Owner: PO will explain the details of each round to their team, and will set-up the rounds for their team

• (1) Scrum Master: SM will time their team, and capture the time when the client first receives value, and the total time to complete all coins for each round

• Scrum Team: ST will complete the work performed in each round

Round 1:

Batch size: 20 coins

Rules: Each team member will use 1 hand (non-dominant) to turn 20 coins, and pass them to the next person in line on the team.

Rules: Each team member can use both hands to turn 10 coins, and pass them to the next person in line on the team.
