Along with art I've been making furniture since the early 1970s. Most pieces have been used into extinction and discarded. These were made to fulfill a specific need. Others were responses to or improvements on the original. Some, like the moving target chair, were extravagant and whimsical extensions of an initially utilitarian intention.
