There seems to be questions as to what the real name was. Dalmanutha or Magadan. I can not question the

answers since I am not an historian

Matthew 15:39 And He sent away the multitude, got into the boat,

and came to the region of Magdala.

Mark 8:10 immediately got into the boat with His disciples,

and came to the region of Dalmanutha.
