Key sta(s(cs: -‐ How many people -‐ Who is watching -‐ Which page is watched -‐ How long one person watch -‐ Passwords given by a “salesperson”
Secondary sta(s(cs: -‐ What else is the person watching -‐ Number of referrals -‐ Worldwide search (map) -‐ What else is the person watching -‐ Comparing companies
Statistics Analyzing one or several presentations 1. To the top right the
criterions should be both per presentation and total volume of presentations.
2. Cross referencing presentations with their profile will also provide value.
3. Customized statistics may be developed one case by case basis in additional to fundamental statistics.
Case example By the numbers 1. Per 100 employees a
company has 200 presentations.
2. A 10 000 people company having 20 000 presentations, 20%, are tagged in this system (4000 presentations)
3. 5% of the presentations, 2000, are developed with a consistent layout from GATEWAY Innovation. The most important of these will be externally available through web page setup, replacing the need for a comprehensive “normal” web/portal layout.
4. Presentations that qualify for being the top 10% are described in GATEWAY Innovation “Presentations”, but short includes presentations that stay relatively fixed, has ROI benefits and benefit from having top quality.

Main concept
Creating smart infrastructure I
Accelerator IT program
Business + IT + Visual communication
3. Profiling of Executives
1. Profiling of Projects/company needing funding
and resources
2. Profiling of Network
organizations
The importance of attracting 3 different target groups Coupling network organizations and their members: By giving projects and companies a possible way to profile them for funding (1), this can be an attractive member service for network organizations (2). If network organizations have their own profile (white label) and they also get share of attracted funding we will have an incentive for them to actively suggest to members to profile them. Executive/consultant needs: In addition to financing, member based organization can also offer access to resources (Executives, nr 3), so they more efficiently can find resources that have been vetted. If also the network organization can get part of income they will actively use service. For executives they will have reason to use sales tool but also to access the deal flow from network organizations.
Profiling of different target groups and coupling their needs with smart infrastructure solutions can create a learning system, sales system and network system a billion dollar market potential.
What Executives are getting? - Access to deal flow from companies
requesting quotes - Profiling of their services - Aggregated references - Payment system - GATEWAY branding - Access to sales tools
(GATEWAY compendiums) - Best practice examples
(GATEWAY customer compendiums)
What companies get? - Profile projects for crowd funding
- Profile company for investor funding
- Request services
- Exposure towards high number of
visitors on a monthly basis
What network org. get? - Assist members to get funding - Assist members in getting quality services
- New profile new member services
- Get share of value creation
(movement of capital)

Main concept Creating smart infrastructure II
2. Example by numbers for Norway: 1. 20 organizations use the service 2. 10 000 companies are represented by these networks 3. 500 companies are continuously seeking funding 4. 100 companies are seeking services worth 10 million NOK at any given time 5. 200 executives have been granted access to deal flow requests 6. Investors representing 5 billion NOK look at the financing list monthly 7. 10 billion from Forskningsråd and Innovation Norway is also reviewing list for
financing
White label strategy for network organizations 1. We can charge for creating unique profiles 2. Tailor features and modules to their needs 3. They communicate closer with member companies 4. More ownership to solution 5. Easier to have competing organization using the Accelerator (it is more
discrete that GATEWAY is behind)
1. Requirements from different users 1. Each requested service must at least cost 1000 dollars.
2. Companies must at least request 10 000 dollars in funding.
3. Each Executive, must have 100k dollars in yearly revenue, score of 4.0 or
higher (we start having clients rate them), recommendation from 2 Executives or 2 companies with revenue over 1 million USD, must complete profile, must agree to license terms).
3. ROI and quality control - We measure success in terms of volume og projects sold to Executives, Financing granted and customer satisfaction - Good numbers and systemic approach to create high volumes in one market is to be used in other countries.
Project/company needing funding?
Member organizations needing new revenue sources?
Company needing to buy services?
Country needing better innovation/learning systems
By coupling the needs of different target groups (picture) and setting premises for use (section 1) and reach a critical volume of use (section 2) and measures success (section 3) we have created system to replicated internationally.

Compendium presentation Purpose to establish an attractive and GATEWAY branded web solution that presents 20-30 compendium to start with. Purpose: be able to distribute content effectively and yet control access through passwords. Site will be used to promote the compendium format to companies and to test functionality needs. Presentation format: Should be easy to change page and preferably also see thumb nails of pages for easy overview. Should be able scale up (the original size is the tabloid format, close to A3 size. Password: Executives will have password and they will access the site as long as their activated. They can also give passwords to customers, their access should be limited in time, and likely also not to see all content. Branding: Should have the GATEWAY yellow and logo, and yet be possible to change if bigger clients want a white labeled version with their color and logo.
Development plan – the first module developments
Executive profile Purpose to create a way for senior consultants to join for free to provide their own services. Purpose: a senior consultant, when deemed qualified, should be able to register information about skills, services and references to reach out to a bigger audience and in order to access the Compendiums (we can require that you need a full profile to access the Compendiums) Presentation format: It should be possible to tag your profile through a pre set terms for easy access. In addition there will be about 5 template where you can self-publish information. Payment solution: A payment system is needed for Executives to easy pay for services and also for their clients to pay to GATEWAY. Additional features: Additional profiling options should be established that would increase the perceived value and interest to pay. Example: you can be offered to create your own presentations based on the compendium pages and store these presentations.
Advanced options The entire site Additional functionality More advanced crowd funding: if this is getting good traction, we can create different ways of increasing the credibility and interest to particular investment prospects, like expert validation, confirm it has been through a GATEWAY process. Executive delivery of projects: Not only create a tool for selling services, but to more easily delivering services, this can be accessing templates to generate certain deliverables like part of a business plan. Integration: Integration to internal systems of customer companies and how to link with LinkedIn and others with already established profiles and features Personalizing the Executive profiling: Giving more options to stand out and make you more interesting.
Powered by www.GATEWAYnnovation.com No copy or digital distribution without written permission.
Payment opportunities: Executives These are some of the possible payment options (that also will depend on the roll-out plans of modules) Charge for adding a compendium to the site for hosting, password and other features. Charging for sales, by using the compendium to promote services. Example: a consultant in Germany uses business plan compendium to promote what he can deliver of service. Charging for extended personal profile: All qualified can register for free, but an extended profile can be charged for. Example; to upload own work, to have more presentation pages. To link his profile to specific compendiums. Charge for leads/deal flow – a user can post a project and if the Executive accepts an assignment, he must pay to the one generating the lead and to GATEWAY Charging for Presentation rooms – gives opportunity to prepare presentation and share screen and voice with client. Payment options: there can be a price list after registration – where you can either buy full access to all features, or you can buy modules when you need them.
Potential revenue sources Drivers of revenue: number of compendiums, number of companies using to store their compendiums, number of executives and number of people searching the web site. We might limit the revenue channels and focus on those likely yielding highest returns.
Payment opportunities: Customer companies These are some of the possible payment options (that also will depend on the roll-out plans of modules) White labeling for company having their own profile to access all their compendiums. Crowd funding: companies can list their project for funding – and micro funding is changed (Per Bjorstad – initiator) Charge for adding a compendium to the site for hosting, password and other features. Password access: An organization with 10 000 employees pay more to give out password or access to high number of users. Than 100 employee company. Access to Compendium as learning tool for network organizations and different target groups. Example; there can be an own module for business plans, one for development of web pages etc. Defining own search criterions. Example; Statoil will want to define technology areas to make easy search. Charge for educational class rooms: tutorial can be created with voice, sometimes video to present important compendiums
If communication formats by GATEWAY is used to profile en executive or company this can be charged for.
Ways to reach big numbers: We should agree on the most important channels and agree on different target numbers and calculate the financial potential related to these numbers.
Possible sources: 1. Work through network organization with high number of members.
2. Associations (LO, NHO)
3. Bigger companies
4. Partner companies that currently are not offering all the products/services GATEWAY does.
5. National media articles
6. Active use of social media
7. Using famous people in testimonials for the solution.
8. Creating a contest atmosphere, so it becomes attractive to be validated and approved as an Executive – “The top Executive Club”.
Limited liability: We will have to very clearly throughout the web page establish that the Executive using the solution is responsible for the quality and we ask the customer to rate the services at any time or report problems for possible terminating the Executive license to operate.
