An organized and systematic effort to
identify and analyze the significance of
potential hazards associated with the
materials, equipment, instrumentation,
utilities, human actions (routine and non-
routine), and external factors that might
impact the process.
An authorizing document approved by a
responsible person, specifying the conditions
under which potentially hazardous or
interacting activities can take place. Suitable
precautions are given to ensure that the work
is done as safely as possible.
Working at heights of 2meters (6 feet) or higher
above the ground cannot proceed unless:
A fixed platform is used with guard or hand rails,
verified by a competent person.
Fall arrest equipment is that has:
Proper anchor mounted preferably overhead
Full body harness, using double latch self-locking snap
hooks at each connection
Shock absorber
Fall arrest equipment will limit free fall to 2 meters (6
feet) or less
A visual inspection of the fall arrest equipment and
system is completed and any equipment that is
damaged or has been activated is taken out of service
Person(s) are competent to perform the work

Lifting operations by their very nature can be
hazardous and result in incidents which can cause
personnel injuries, plant and equipment damage and
business loss. Hence, every lifting operation involving
lifting equipment must be:
Properly planned by a competent person
Appropriately Supervised
Carried out in a Safe manner
Procedure for installing a mechanical device
that physically prevents the release of hazardous
energy in a running processing plant (electrical,
mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, thermal)
during servicing or maintenance, Fabrication and
Erection of plant and equipment

Ground disturbance can be defined as
housekeeping. House-keeping can be plays
an important role to avoid the accident at
your working site like waste of metals,
improper tools placements and unarranged
electric wires etc.
A storage tank, process vessel, ditch or
any other enclosure, with limited access /
egress, not designed or intended for human
occupancy except for purpose of
performing work, in which there may be an
oxygen-deficient atmosphere.

MOC is a proactive system having two-
fold objectives: firstly to challenge the need for
change and to critically analyze its wider
impacts on the business goals; and secondly to
evaluate, authorize and document changes
before they are made and to ensure proper
closure after the changes are completed. Its
purpose is to establish the procedures
necessary to ensure that the HSE and
operational risks arising from proposed
changes are managed to an acceptable level. It
is also an excellent communication tools to
inform impacted groups of areas that a change
is being considered and / or about to occur.

In this business area we have started the
maintenance services. Initially we have completed
the maintenance services of valve’s upto 24” dia.
And in Quantity 112 no. different sizes within last
three months.
Also in this section we have started the
precision machined parts making like pulley’s, shafts, gears, sliding mechanisms and provided
which once drawings etc.

served our the fast growing
infrastructure projects of Metro
fabrication and erection services of
steel structure & steel pedestrian
bridges in the Process Dynamics
Lahore PDL workshop over 300 tons
And in site we have erected the
canal bus stations 100 tons steel
structure as per Nespak drawings.

It’s a 31 MW combined cycle
power plant which have a poer
generation boiler 140 TPH at Ghotki
sugar mills power plant from Pak
Asia Engineering Company. This
boiler designed by HMC Texla with
the help of Avant Garde India as
consultant.
In this project we have done the
external piping which is upto 6000
dia. Inches.

reducing project which converting
from gas burners to coal boiler. It’s
Rupali Polyester Polymer Plant at
sheikhupura Lahore road,
sheikhupura. In this project we have
done the SS Piping upto 7780 Dia.

Currently we are working at rawal pindi metro bus system fabrication and erection work of location cunturs bus station 100 ton and Chaman pedestrian bridge 500 tons. That is in final and completion stage.
