General Merchandise Upload Spreadsheet
• Provides product information:– Name– Vendor– Description– Price– Etc.
Column A - Parent/Child
• P – (Parent) - General Attributes of Product• C – (Child) - Specific Attributes of Product
• Product Name• Vendor• Description
• Skus
• Fabric/Origin• Price
• Color• Size
Column B – Product Sku
• Any combination of Numbers or letters– Becomes Product # on website–Must be unique
Column C – Product Name
• Does not need to be unique• If including vendor:– Please add at the end • avoid this
– Ex: Hooded Sweatshirt– Jansport
Column D - Vendor Name
• Required field• No vendor information enter a “-”
Column E – Thumbnail Filename
• Name of the image file• “T” in front of the filename• Ex: TIMG_065.jpg• Must be exact as image file sent
Thumbnail Filename View – Landing Page
• 100 x 130 pixels
Column F - Image Filename
• Name of the image file• No prefix needed• Ex: IMG_065.jpg• Must be exact as image file sent
Image Filename View - Detail Page
• 270 x 400 pixels
Column G – Large Image Filename
• Name of the image file• “L” in front of the image name• Ex: L1085.jpg• Must be exact as image file sent
Large Image Filename View
• 600 x 600 pixels
Column H - Description
• Required field• Please state Printed/Embroidered/Etched/etc.
Column I - Fabric
• Optional• Format: 70% Cotton/ 30% Polyester
Column J - Origin
• Optional• Enter Imported/Made in USA/Canada
Column K - Price
• No formatting needed• Do not include “$”
Column L – Sale Price
• Enter sale price if available• No formatting needed• Do not include “$”
Column M – Tax Code• 5-digit Follett code– 61000 Apparel– 76800 Gifts and Accessories– 61050 Infant/Toddler/Youth
• Required field
Column N – Defining Attribute 1
• Defines the first attribute of your product• Usually Color Code or Size• If no Color or Size available – leave blank
Column O – Defining Attribute 2
• Defines the second attribute of your product• Usually Color Code or Size• If no Color or Size available – leave blank
Column P – Defining Attribute 3
• Additional attribute to be defined
Column Q – Product Category
• Category to load item to:– Default category – already created– Custom category – create your own
• Must enter category code name:– Ex: t-shirts, enter TShirts– Ex: women’s, enter Womens
Column R – Item Sku• Represents the individual skus for each
color/size• Must be unique to that of the Product Sku• Required field
Column S – Product Sku
• Same as Column B• Must be unique to that of the Item Sku• Copy Parent Sku down for each Item Sku
Column T – Defining Attribute 1
• Used to define the Color Code/Size• Based on Column N
Column U – Defining Attribute 2
• Used to define the Color Code/Size• Based on Column O
Column V – Defining Attribute 3
• Used to define the Color Code/Size/Other• Based on Column P
Column W - Visibility
• Y for Yes, Visible• N for No, Not Visible
Column X - Status
• Value represents product availability– A (Available)– O (Out of Stock)– B (Backorder)– P (Pre-order)
Column Y – Available Date
• Optional• When will the item be in-stock
New Product – Website View
