Step 1 Create a MyCIC Account by visiting wwwcicgccaenglishe-servicesmycicasp
Step 2 Fill out an online questionnaire Answer questions about your current status and what you would like to apply for This will create a CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS that is specific to you
Step 3 Fill out the appropriate application and collect the required documentsStep 4 Submit your application documents and pay your fees

From Enter the date you fill out the application
To Enter the date of expected program completion based on what UOIT writes on your Verification of Enrolment
Add 3 months to this date as this is considered the bridging period
Question 4 ndash Tuition Room and Board Other
bull Tuition refers to your tuition for ONE year of studies
bull Room and Board means cost of rent and utilities (phone internet gas bills water bills etc) for ONE year of studies
Question 5 ndash Funds available for my stay (CAD)
This should include your tuition rent living expenses and all other funds available for ONE YEAR of studies

bull You should place your highest level of education
Application Section EMPLOYMENT bull You should include your education here Your ldquoCurrent ActivityOccupationrdquo would be ldquoStudentrdquo
