•Over 57% of the work is now in the mid-scale segments, with a sharp drop in upper upscale.

•Mostly located in the Northeast, Central and Southeast regions and an increase in direct to site shipments.

•A steady “Green” involvement in the project.

•Varying product lead times and replacement cycles, but increasing deposits.

•A slightly declining trend toward Asia, but with Asia still over half of all FF&E sourcing.
