Who were the people who “migrated from the east”?

“migrated” (גקע) = to pull up, as in pulling up the stakes of a tent when a camp moves
“they” = (3rd person plural “ they journeyed” and “they found”) antecedent is in chapter 10, the descendants of Japheth and Ham
