Sunninghill is a delightfully quaint, yet discreet village that has always been popular with the
discerning set. It has true intimacy and charm, with its selection of immaculately presented independent shops that meet the day to day

Local cafés and restaurants range from casual dining to fine cuisine. The imposing Macdonald Berystede Hotel, just along the road

Sunninghill eateries include authentic Peking and Szechuan cooking at The Jade, Indian cuisine at the elegant Maya, a French
menu in The Carpenters pub, and Mediterranean flavours at The Belvedere Arms.
Wintersbrooke is very well placed for road travel, being 3.1 miles from the M3 Junction 3. It is 16 miles to Heathrow and 26 miles to
central London. Train travellers have the option of two local stations. Sunningdale station, just under two miles from Wintersbrooke, is on the London Waterloo line; with a journey time of 52 minutes. Ascot
station is slightly closer and gives you the option of a 55 minute commute to London Paddington.

Sunninghill is part of the wider residential area encompassing Sunningdale and Ascot. Sunningdale's
shops include a Waitrose, Fego, and an independent deli and health food shop, beauty salons, antique and gift
shops, men and women’s fashion boutiques and jewellers.
Ascot is of course known for its world famous racecourse, but there are also some outstanding restaurants within the vicinity of the town. Restaurant
