First Step: Appointing persons in charge to offices.
Decide with your group the selection of the qualified people to their positions.
Second Step Choose the nature of your project or
your best interest as a group, for example, is it talent or skills related ? Is it service - oriented? Is it hobbies or interest ? Is it fund raising ? Is it awareness program ? Is it random kindness ?
Third Step: Decide the target community. Is it the
children ? Is it senior citizen? Is it urban or rural areas ? Is it disabled and handicapped ? is it animals ?
