Gourmet Hamburger Recipes
The Perfect Onion Burger 2 lb ground beef, chicken or turkey
1 package dry onion soup mix
Hamburger buns
Mix dry onion mix with water as directed on package. Mix in with ground beef, chicken or
turkey. Form into your favorite patty shape with your Perfect Patty mold. Grill until cooked
through and top with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Enjoy!
Mushroom and Swiss Burger 1 ½ lbs ground beef
Your favorite burger seasoning
1 small package fresh mushrooms sliced (or whole and slice
yourself)
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 slices Swiss cheese (or white cheese of your choice)
2 tsp butter
Hamburger buns
Sprinkle beef with burger seasoning in a large bowl. Form into Perfect Patty shapes of your
choice. Set aside.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and soy sauce. Stir and cook until
browned. Set aside.
Grill burgers until cooked through. Divide mushrooms among burgers and add your cheese.
Cover grill for about a minute to allow cheese to melt. Serve on buns – enjoy!

Sliders with the Mini Works 1 ½ lbs ground beef
Salt and Pepper
Dollar Rolls
Create your sliders with your Perfect Patty Slider Mold.
Season with salt and pepper. Grill as is or press down
slightly. When done put on dollar roll with your favorite
cheese, pickles, roasted grape tomatoes, grilled onion,
and lettuce – anything you can imagine. Enjoy!
Garlic and Onion Burgers 2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian‐style seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium sliced onion

Sautee onions in small amount of olive oil in skillet. Season to taste.
Mix all ingredients, except the onions, in large bowl refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Form
burgers with your favorite Perfect Patty mold. Grill until cooked through. Top with sautéed
onions and your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
Perfect Chili Burger 1 ½ lbs ground beef
½ lb sausage
1/3 cup tomato chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste.

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Form into your favorite Perfect Patty mold. Grill until well
done. Top with tomato or your favorite addition. Enjoy!

TexMex Perfect Burger 1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Hamburger buns
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form into your Perfect Patty mold. Grill until cooked through and top with pepperjack cheese. Enjoy!
Bacon/Cheese Game Day Hamburgers 2 lbs ground beef
Bacon (as much as you and your guests will like on their
burgers)
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Garlic Powder (California Style)
Hamburger buns
Cut bacon pieces in half and cook. Set aside.
Mix cheese in beef and sprinkle (to taste) with garlic powder. Form patties into your Perfect
Patty Football Helmet mold. Grill and top with your bacon slices and add lettuce, tomato,
ketchup, etc. Enjoy!
Philly Steak Perfect Burger 1 ½ lbs ground sirloin
1 large onion sliced
1 tsp garlic salt
Salt and Pepper
Provolone cheese
Hamburger buns
Sauté onions in skillet in olive oil until caramel in color. Salt and pepper to taste. Add some
minced garlic, if you like. Mix sirloin, garlic salt and pepper and form into your favorite Perfect
Patty mold. Grill until done. Melt provolone on burgers and cover with sautéed onions for the
perfect Philly burger!

Dino “mite” Kid Burgers 1 ½ lbs ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
Mustard, ketchup
Hamburger buns
Form your burger into the Dino Head mold. Salt and
pepper to taste and grill until cooked through. Put
each dino head on a bun and add your kids’ favorite
mustard or ketchup for a dino “mite” Dino head
burger!
The Perfect Patty ‐ Stuffed 2 lbs ground beef
Sliced cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Gourmet burger seasoning
Hamburger Buns
Season the beef and mix well. Separate into 8 sections. Take ½ of one section and press into the
Perfect Patty mold. Add 2 slices of cheese (smaller than mold) then press the other half of the
section into the mold. Grill until cooked through. Top with your favorite burger toppings. You
don’t need to top with cheese! . . . unless you want to!
