LOCATION TIMELINE1954 - Built as a high school
1970 – School consolidated into a K-9 community school
2006 – Elementary and Middle School become two separate schools but share the facility

ACUITY DATA SMART GOAL I:
The number of students proficient in interpreting and evaluating data will increase a total of 3% over a nine week period.
EVIDENCE: Acuity Results – 18% Growth SMI
• 6th Grade – 57% Improvement• 7th Grade – 78% Improvement• 8th Grade – 46% Improvement
Where We Are …
We were aiming for 3% growth and achieved an average of 18% growth
among all three grade levels combined.

Where We Are …
The Acuity results were not what we expected so we adjusted test three’s DOK questions
that were higher level. It invalidated the test, but helped us adjust instruction.

ATTENDANCE SCHOOL GOAL:After attending the SIG conference in Bridgeport in February, we started focusing on improving attendance due to the lagging indicators on DP21.
