Guidelines and Rules for Competition
“COVID-19 Warriors’ Day”
GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES TO PARTICIPANTS.
All Competitions are solo (Individual) in nature.
One participant can submit only one entry.
Entries submitted to institutions after 31st October
2020 will not be accepted.
The decision of the panel of judges will be final.
Materials of Group 1 and Group 2 will not be
accepted in digital / electronic format.
Materials of Group 3 to Group 6 will be accepted
only in Digital format.
Originality and clarity of the material is essential.
Incorrect information in the Registration Form leads
to automatic disqualification.

RULES & GUIDELINES FOR GROUP 1 & 2 (Class I to VI).

Size of the Chart Paper – A2 for Group 1 (16.5 x 23.4 inch)
A1 for Group 2 (23.4 x 33.1 inch).
Only water color can be used.
Name, class, School, place of the participant is to be
written very clearly behind the poster.

[Essay writing (within 500 words)]
Entries to be submitted in hand-written format only.
It should be legible (Readable), only blue & black ink is
allowed and it should be written on a white A4 size paper.
Entries to be submitted in PDF / JPG format with the
name, class, school and signature of the student.
If there are quotes used, it should be acknowledged.
If there are data used, the source should be provided.
Word limit is 500 words.

RULES & GUIDELINES FOR GROUP 5 (Class XI to XII).
[Poetry – (Self Composition)]
Entries can be submitted in hand-written or typed format.
If in typed format, use the font ’Times New Roman’ in
the size of 12 with 1.5 space.
If written format, it should be legible (Readable), only blue
& black ink is allowed and it should be written on a
white A4 size paper.
Entries to be submitted in PDF / JPG format with the
name, class, school and signature of the student.
Minimum 10 lines and maximum 20 lines divided into
stanzas of couplet/ tercet / quatrain or octave.
