Tenth Anniversary 2004

We had approximately 192 survivors make the first lap.

The Survivors of the 2004 Relay For Life begin their lap around the track.

From the very young to the elderly, cancer has no preference.

Then what we feared the most, BAD Weather. Saturday morning wasn’t a complete wash out, but it rained hard

enough that we called the Relay for this year.

In 1995, Harnett County began their first Relay For Life raising $6,500. In the past nine years, we have raised over $735,865 towards fighting cancer. This

year we have raised so far $142,662.97 making our total

$878,527.97 for our tenth anniversary total.

Our citizens should be proud.
